The effects of the Scottish Referendum

It's Monday 15th September, a few days away from the voting day that decides if Scotland remains in the UK or go it alone.

There are many backing both sides with all sorts of reasons. I think most of them remain ignorant of the most important factors for a successful independence.

Economy and Infrastructure.

Friends and family (at least some) are at each another's throats. This issue has caused more arguments than good causes for the country of Scotland.

I will let you know my vote...it is a NO to independence based on a few things.

1) Scotland's main sources of income is dominated by revenue from the North Sea Oil...Whisky export...and taxation of All Working People.

There are other factors too but isn't large enough to be significant.

North Sea Oil WILL run out...revenue will then cease.

Whisky export will continue long after the Oil but it ain't going to be sufficient.

Taxation of the working...50% of entire Scottish population can't possibly contribute enough tax to feed the elderly, disabled, ones on benefits/welfare AND themselves. You can't spend £/$10 as if it was a £/$20. Simple math really...

2) The infrastructure DOESN'T even exist! If Scotland is to go solo...where is the tax system that will take the place of the UK one? Where is the Scottish equivalent of the DVLA who sorts out car tax and registration? Where or who is going to fund the MASSIVELY in debt NHS? The working people that's who!

3) There's talks of using the Pound Sterling as currency...flip sake!!! You may as well NOT be independent if you still want to keep that!

Or

A new currency...Scottish Pound or something like that...ok...WHAT will it be backed by? Scotland...we have no gold reserves...no silver...no commodities to back a new currency with! As for Oil...probably won't be enough to trade with...

These are only 3 of the most thought about factors...for myself...plenty more from where it came from.

Alex Salmond, you sir haven't thought this out AT ALL, NOTHING IS IN PLACE!
I'm a Chinese who was born and raised in Scotland...I love Scotland too much to let you screw her up the arse.

Scotland CAN be independent but not under your pathetic...unorganised way of doing things. Until my 3 concerning factors are answered to a highly satisfactory degree...you ain't getting my vote.

NOW FUCK OFF!!!!

December 20th 2012

Last night I have done what is the 2nd most craziest thing in my life...I have cut contact with the Karly for my sanity... It began at about 4pm during the day, Karly text me saying she's going to return some of my things...books and hoody etc...(at this moment in time, I had flash backs of the times we flirted, went out for walks and talks at her place...all the good stuff). I asked her what spurred this on so she replied she was "cleaning out her room and there's no point to clutching on to things." (my thought was - does this mean she thought of me as someone at some point? Or were you being nice by keeping them?) "Then why did you hold on to those things till now?" I replied. "What difference does it make whether I give them back now or two weeks later?" She replied.. I took it badly, if Karly knew this long ago then why did you drag this out till now? An argument through text happened. Couple of hours later we text each other again...

Its all coming back! :D

Oh Hell yeah!!!!!!!! Remember a month ago I screwed things over a bit with Michelle? After many messages and persuasion, I managed to be "dating her"...I'm not entirely sure what  actually happened... Last Wednesday we had a lunch date...then I asked if she wanted to come with me to look for a new car...I choose to go back to my old place of work (Citroen and Seat dealers), saw a good number of old colleagues and my old manager! We greeted and had a catch up...then they offered me AN ASS KICKING EPIC DEAL... So i bought a car...Seat Ibiza, 1.4litre engine...140 break horse power with a decent 60mpg......in black... Life is pretty sweet just now, (almost) girlfriend and new car...needing a flat to call home :)

Upon pondering

Am I happy with what I have? That depends on how you view the situation. I have a flat, I have a car that is paid off, I have a job that pays fairly, I quite enjoy my job except for the hours, I have an awesome girlfriend, I have a few flatmates and I live in the city! The flat is a humble 3 bedroom flat located in the suburbs of Edinburgh. It isn't the most flashiest of homes, I've been getting tradesmen to do work on it for me...windows...new storage space...gas cooker...door adjustments...painting of new door frame...new front door...a drive way and generally tidying up after myself. Being in the flat for 2 months with most of the necessary work almost complete...I can say it is becoming a place I enjoy coming back to after a day at work or somewhere to zone out and chill! Car...I love my SEAT Ibiza FR Black Edition. Sadly I am having trouble with everyone else, I live on a street where parking can be an issue and cars passing by can be very close...back in September some...
