Time to move on...

Hmmm, not sure how to start this one...It was Friday 29th March, I managed to corner my employer and told him I will be resigning after July this year. I have had many good time, bad times and crazy times under the roof of the restaurant and I think it is honestly time to leave. The people who runs it, their system and a certain member of staff irritate me.

The current owners and their sons, who all "work" there don't know what they're doing! I use the word "work" EXTREMELY loosely! It was agreed upon that all the chefs takes turns in making dinner at the end of each shift, he/she can make whatever they want, however they want...EVERY FREAKING TIME we make anything, the owners ALWAYS say "This is not how we make it..." "That isn't how I like it..."
GET TO FUCK YOU INBRED BITCHES!!!!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT FUCK OFF OR MAKE FOOD YOURSELF AND DON'T ASK US TO MAKE YOU ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!!

As for his sons, they're more like...little divas! They are AT work but they DON'T work, when they TRY to work, they don't work. Always taking out their iPhones and playing on them DURING WORK HOURS!?!??!!?!??! BITCHES PLEASE JOG OFF!!!!!!!!!

I usually don't complain about my work but this one is a cracker! The guys that runs the restaurant, has NEVER ran a restaurant before, yet they somehow got it into their thick skulls that, running a restaurant is like running a take-away shop...when I ran it, I had a perfectly fine and efficient WORKING system AND EVERYONE KNEW exactly what to do and when to do it!
Yet the cheeky fuckers had the audacity to say "WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT A GOOD RUNNING SYSTEM!?"
How about the following reasons?

1) When it was busy, it WORKED
2) When I was under-staffed it still worked!
3)  My system worked BEFORE you were here and it worked WHEN you bought the place

So what do I know? I know what the customers like! YOUR customers FOLLOWED ME back to the restaurant because I AM HEAD CHEF! I KNOW that if it wasn't for ME, your standards would have still been LOW! I know a perfectly fine working system was replaced by a crap one! I know that by the July 31st, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lastly, we shall name this member of staff...Podge because she is a little chubby. Podge, as lovely as you are, you are NOT worth the wage you are getting paid.
Reasons are:
1) You can't finish you tasks
2) You're slow
3) When the weekend comes, at the precise time when the "Bread and Butter" period starts, you fuck off to do other things.
4) Myself and *Qon* worked our asses' off and still had to do YOUR SHARE OF WORK! And did you even give us a slice of considerate thought? Don't think so, when we told you to hurry your ass up, all you can say was "I've got things to do too!". Podge, if you were so FUCKING slow, MAYBE you won't still "got things to do"

Myself and *Qon* came in 1.5hrs earlier to get things done in time to open up, WHERE were you Podge? I did say to ALL kitchen staff to come in BEFORE 10am, you strolled in at 11am AND EXPECTED US TO HELP YOU???? BITCH PLEASE!

But I shall not dwell on that, its my first time quitting a job and I don't know what to feel about it.

I had strong ties with that restaurant and this time, I'll be walking away from it for the last time without any intentions of returning.

I guess its as they say: "Soldier on"

I have had it, the owners don't appreciate the fact that me and *Qon* came in a lot earlier to work to get on with our jobs out of our OWN FREE will, no thanks, no acknowledgement! We DON'T get paid to come in early, we don't get paid any extra for a job well done, something along the line of "Thanks boys" would of been just fine! As for Podge, HAHAHA Wait until you get your sorry ass bad to the kitchen! You have lots to get on with I GUARANTEE IT! NOT ONLY THAT BUT YOU'LL RECEIVE NO HELP AND YOU WILL STAY UNTIL YOU FINISH! :) HAPPY WORKING!!!

I seriously can't wait until the end of July!

Tuesday 18th December

I have been drinking for almost the whole week...about 4-5units a time and have noticed that its not good for me...I can't think straight, I can't focus, I am losing motivation and its getting very depressing. OK, my ex girlfriend has got a new boyfriend shortly after the break up...it hurts. Deal with it better! OK, there's this girl I like but doesn't feel the same...it hurts. Deal with it better! My best friend, Adam, you are an irreplaceable in every sense of the word. Thank you for being there when I needed somebody the most and for giving me good enough reasons to hang on to what is left of my sanity. Now that I've sobered up a little can I realise that I am the one stopping myself from progress of any kind. With the Xmas period round the corner, a few drinks will be fine, then afterwards I'll go 2 months without it and see what happens. During this time, I'll catch up on the reading that I have to do and get my "to do list" knuckled d...

Its all coming back! :D

Oh Hell yeah!!!!!!!! Remember a month ago I screwed things over a bit with Michelle? After many messages and persuasion, I managed to be "dating her"...I'm not entirely sure what  actually happened... Last Wednesday we had a lunch date...then I asked if she wanted to come with me to look for a new car...I choose to go back to my old place of work (Citroen and Seat dealers), saw a good number of old colleagues and my old manager! We greeted and had a catch up...then they offered me AN ASS KICKING EPIC DEAL... So i bought a car...Seat Ibiza, 1.4litre engine...140 break horse power with a decent 60mpg......in black... Life is pretty sweet just now, (almost) girlfriend and new car...needing a flat to call home :)

Ballocking from the manager...

It was Sunday 1st September... Work usually starts at 12pm on Sunday but because it was the first day of the new reg plates for cars, everyone came into work early. As my colleagues were very busy with delivering cars to their clients on a tight schedule...I was left to do odds and ends such as greeting customers and taking them out for test drives. A couple came into the showroom and wanted to test drive a Seat Ibiza....my mentor told me to grab the company's trade plates and the keys for the requested car. So off I went to grab both items...I've been here for just over a month and know pretty much where things are or where they should be...however...I not able to find the trade plates... What happened earlier was another colleague of mine had done a test drive with a customer and left the trade plates in that car...long story short, he didn't put the keys back onto the board where they're usually kept, I couldn't find them, my manager gave me a ballocking for n...
